From Our Customers

Don’t take our word for it. See what our customers are saying about us on social media and popular online service marketplaces.

“Couldn’t ask for a better experience getting some wool area rugs cleaned. Totally painless to arrange the pickup and drop off, everyone gave clear, answers without any pushy upselling.”

“We have a 25 year old area rug and decided to have it professionally cleaned. Told us the price up front. What a shock when we got the rug back! Looked so refreshed and bright!”

“They deserve all A’s. The guy was very friendly. The carpet came out so well last time that I used them again. To comply with what I wanted he came out with the van just to satisfy my needs.”

“Customer service was terrific from start to finish! Kind, honest, and easy to work with. I asked for help with the square footage for the estimate! No questions, while D.A. Burnes told me to figure it out “

“We hurdled Fuzzy Wuzzy to do a carpet clean of our house and clean a couch we have. We have two Labradors that love to track mud everywhere and Fuzzy Wuzzy did a tremendous job of making everything look bright and clean!”

“They always do a good job and always provide great service. They’re clean and they come on time; if they make an appointment, they are here at that time. I would rate them as high as possible and would continue to use them in the future.”

“I would highly recommend Fuzzy Wuzzy to anyone in need of professional care of their rugs and carpets. In addition to the business, the people, my driver and phone consultant, were wonderful people. THAT, to me, makes all the difference in the world.”

“Used their website to submit an inquiry. Very pleased with the prompt response. Was able to schedule my couch for cleaning and 2 rooms for carpet cleaning with just a few days wait time. Happy with the service. Have used them to clean a few rugs before.”
